OK, I have a GPS and have saved several trails. How do I convert a track from Garmin to JPG so I can post it and share it?

I have to upload the track/route/waypoints into a program called ALLTOPO UTAH from IGAGE.com. (i have had it for years) You can then save it as a Bitmap image which can be converted to Jpeg. You can send file to me and I will send image back????
